  Note that the date on the documents is May 18, but the actual presentation was July 20.

• Beltline Information
  Since the beltline is going through our neighborhood, it is good to keep up with what is going on.  There are plenty of opportunities for neighborhood input!
• Atlanta City Government
  We do pay them taxes!  There is plenty of useful information here.
• Frequently Called Numbers (city) - very handy info from Yolanda Adrean
• Bitsy Grant Tennis Center
  This is really nearby, and when the trail is complete through Tanyard Creek Park, it will be easier than ever to visit!

Ardmore Circle Townhouse Plans
The townhouse development is called "Brookwood Heights at Ardmore", and is being built by Pulte Homes.  Pulte has been very helpful by meeting with the neighborhood several times regarding their work, and has supplied the following plans so the neighborhood will know what to expect. 

• Ardmore Circle Rendering - this is a plan of what's expected to be built by Pulte on Ardmore Circle
• Ardmore Circle Condos Front Elevation 1 - general idea, the brick is likely to be different
• Ardmore Circle Condos Front Elevation 2 - again, general idea of appearance

• Ardmore Circle Condos Tree Recompense Plan - details of the tree removal & replacement agreement
